Accidental Beers

Below you will find information and notes on just a few of the beers we produce.
We often brew new beers and are always looking for ways to improve our existing recipes to make our beers as flavoursome as we can. Our beers always use high quality ingredients and we don’t believe in scrimping on ingredients such as hops to reduce costs, our beers are hand crafted.

Please check out our Untappd page for a full list of beers we have produced. You can also check which beers we are pouring at our tap room in Lancaster on Untappd too.

Sorachi Ace Pale

Sorachi Ace Pale

Pale Ale 5%

Huck the Faze

Huck the Faze

NEIPA 7%
This is the 7th iteration of our NEIPA beer. We are now using a new yeast strain, A double dry hop of Citra is used at around (20g/L) giving a juicy and hazy beer. Plenty of oats and flaked wheat are used in the grist to add to the body and mouthfeel.

Basking Sharks

Pale Ale 5.3%
Brewed with Simcoe and Amarillo hops, this refreshing, American style pale ale, is named after the synth-pop band from the 1980's, that used to occupy the space where our bar and brewery are! Beer brewed whilst listening to their CD.
Duke Silver Keg Badge

Duke Silver

NEIPA 6.2%
The first in our alter-ego range, Duke Silver is a New England style IPA liberally dry hopped with Galaxy and Simcoe hops. The beer is full bodied with lots of stone fruit, grapefruit and bubble gum. "Come with me and find safe haven in a warm bathtub full of my jazz."
Don't Mess With Conky Keg Badge

Don't Mess With Conky

NEIPA 7%
The second in our 'alter-ego' series is a Galaxy and Mosaic bomb! Expect a big citrus hit with juicy notes of peach and guava. Bubbles pulled Conky from the depths of the bog and breathed new life in to him - much to Ricky's abhorrence. Nobody, least of all Ricky, messes with Conky!

Ongo Gablogian

NEIPA 7%
The third in our alter-ego series of IPA's. Lots of artistic juice from the sublime layers of Galaxy and El Dorado hops. Just like Frank, this beer is anything but subtle. "Bullsh*t" or "Derivative" you be the judge. #IASIP

A collaborative brew for Joey and Mandee's wedding on the 17th Sept 2022. This rye IPA is closely based on the original recipe from around 15 years ago. Using a complex malt bill of 7 malts including a good proportion of rye malt. The beer is liberally hopped with citra and mosaic on the hot side to produce a medium bitterness. The beer pours a rusty-red colour with a pronounced malt backbone and some spice from the rye

Mad Cheddar

NEIPA 7%
A 7% haze bomb, liberally hopped both in the whirlpool and double dry hopped with Ekuanot and Sabro. We went heavy on the oats and added a touch of lactose to seriously lift the body of this beer to match its juicy stone fruit and bubble gum characters. Mad Cheddar? "Yeah, thats what it cost to brew this beer, Yo!"
